Amazing training! My dog was very hyper, jumpy, antsy and high anxiety when I sent her for the board and train with Jaimie. Just got her back a couple days ago and she is a completely different dog. She is still a very happy and excited girl, but doesn’t jump on people, will actually go and lay down and relax, stays in place for quite awhile, listens and will heel and walk great! I highly recommend K9 to Thrive and if you need a good trainer highly consider Jaimie!

Jamie has given us so much knowledge on how to get our crazy pups under control! She is always punctual, professional, and even when something doesn’t work she finds other ways making her resourceful. She really has set us up for success with our pups, definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a private dog trainer!

Jamie is so knowledgeable in dog training. She took our scared shelter dog, and turned her into a more confident, obedient, good girl we knew she could be. She taught us how to continue to work with her. You won’t regret letting her train your pup!

Cannot say greater things about Jamie and her training skills! She is so knowledgeable and has a beautiful way of explaining things so you just get it. Obsessed with her and my dog is even more obsessed, can I just say he’s come such a long way in the few weeks of training we’ve done together. Went from literally dragging me down the road to being able to take him & my toddler on daily walks with no problem. She’s the best & I would give her a billion stars if I could!!

Jamie has helped me with my leash reactive and highly anxious dog. He had a bad habit of lunging/snarling at other dogs. I can get him to focus on me and walk peacefully past other leashed dogs now which has been a huge relief. During one of our training sessions, I was even able to place him, drop the leash and walk away from him while I visited other dogs nearby.

She also continues to answer me (even a few years down the road!) any time I have a new situation arise and need a quick pointer on how to help Blue through. I am so thankful to have her in my back pocket now as we run into little bumps along the way.

Jaimie is by far the best dog trainer I have ever worked with. My toy poodle is very sassy, but Jaimie made such a huge difference when no other trainer was able to. If you are looking for a great trainer, you’ve found the right one!

Jamie’s professionalism and knowledge sets her apart from the rest. She steps outside of the box to help dogs that are a little more complicated, she always put her heart in every dog that she trains. I will always recommend Jamie!

Although my dog never had aggression issues, she did have some manner issues! Jaimie helped a ton and was patient and easy going. Made training super fun for both my dog and myself! I work as a vet tech and I will ALWAYS recommend my clients to her when it comes to training.

My dog Krieger had pretty bad fear aggression issues. I had worked with another trainer before that just wasn’t the right fit for us and what we needed. When I met Jamie I didn’t have very high expectations because of the previous trainer, but she made a huge difference in our lives. Within a month or two Krieger went from lunging and barking at anything and anyone that went by us out for a walk to waking around the garden center at Lowes. Her methods and approach far exceeded anything I could have hoped for with my dog. She not only trains the dog but teaches the owner as well.

I can’t begin to express the difference sending our pup to board for six weeks with Jamie made in my life. I had given up on him completely. He had bitten me a couple of times and was incredibly protective over my wife for reasons we do not know. Even though I showered him with affection he had rejected me completely. He was causing a lot of strain on our relationship because she couldn’t let him go and I wanted him gone. He’s a working line so his energy level was neverending.

In just the six weeks she spent with him he completely changed. I know this sounds dramatic but she actually gave me my life back. We’ve since bonded and he’s incredibly affectionate with me now. We go on walks every day, he sleeps by my computer desk, etc. He went from being a massive cause of anxiety to a pet I look forward to seeing when I wake up in the mornings. Thank you so much Jamie.

Jamie is an absolutely wonderful trainer; not just for our dog but for my husband and myself. We’ve owned several dogs over the years but wanted to have a well mannered, well adjusted dog since we are getting older. Our adopted shepherd/lab mix was displaying fear at a fairly early age and lacked confidence and the ability to follow basic commands. After several in home sessions, we have seen great improvement with our dog, Summer. She adores Jamie and we have been so impressed with her knowledge, patience, empathy and willingness to always be available to us. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring trainer.

I cannot thank Jamie enough for everything she has done for me and my sweet Geo. Geo was the first service animal Jamie trained and she was PHENOMENAL. I highly recommend Jamie.
